Ordering

Please be advised that due to extremely high demand at this time of the year, larger orders are likely to be 7 days so please get in contact first if your order is urgent and we'll see if it will be possible to fulfil it in within your required time frame.

Please don't select 'Economy' shipping unless your order is not urgent.

 We aim to complete most orders within 3-5 days. Please allow extra time for complex orders, especially those where artwork proofs are required.

Whilst we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date, please make a note of any 'Required by' date on the order notes. We will consider this date during the order review process and if the date looks unlikely to be achievable then we will let you know and give you the opportunity to cancel the order and have any payments made refunded.

Orders placed on our website require the accuracy of email addresses and the ability of email systems to transmit and receive emails effectively. TheTrophySite will not be liable for any loss or delay caused by the failure of an email to reach it's intended recipient.

Product Description:

Motifs included in the photograph of the product on the website are not included and are for illustration purposes only unless specifically advised that a motif is included.

Order Confirmation:

After submitting your on-line order an automatic email will be sent to you acknowledging the receipt of your order.

If the payment is aborted for any reason you will not receive a confirmation until payment has been made, however the order will remain in our system as payment pending.

Upon receipt of your order it will be checked by a member of staff and any discrepancies or issues addressed. Your order will be progressed upon receipt of payment and despatched on completion. If BACS payment is selected then the order will be progressed and despatched when payment has been received.

Order Completion:

We aim to complete small orders usually within 2-3 working days, most others within 3-5 working days from confirmation of order and receipt of payment. During the busy season April - June please allow extra time. Please allow extra time for complex and large orders, especially those where artwork proofs are required.

Stock Availability:

'In Stock' products are products 'In Stock' at our Suppliers, it is not necessarily the stock we have at our premises. The stock availability indicated on our website is not live and must be treated as an indication. Whilst we will keep these as up to date as possible we rely on our supplier to provide us with regular stock figures. Stock levels are automatically updated every hour.

Urgent Order:

If you require your order urgently please make a note of the date required on the order. We will do our best to fulfil an urgent order, however, due to work load and lead times from our suppliers, it may not be possible. We will inform you if we cannot meet your delivery date.
