Delivery

We aim to complete orders small orders usually within 2-3 days, others within 3-5 working days from confirmation of order and receipt of payment. Please allow extra time for complex orders, especially those where artwork proofs are required. 

Whilst we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date, please make a note of any 'Required by' date on the order notes. We will consider this date during the order review process and if the date looks unlikely to be achievable then we will let you know and give you the opportunity to cancel the order and have any payments made refunded.

We believe that getting the item to you quickly and safely is as important to us as the sale.

Delivery charges are as follows:
Orders over £100* UK Mainland - FREE
Orders £25-£100* UK Mainland - £7.98
Orders under £25* - UK Mainland - £4.98
UK Mainland Before Noon - £15.00
UK Mainland Saturday Before Noon - £24.90
Non UK Mainland - £15.00

* Orders are for products ordered through the website and exclude engraving.

Local Collection:
We will contact you when the order is ready to collect. Office hours are 9-5:30pm Mon - Fri and 10:30am-1pm Saturday. (During July & August we are NOT open on Saturdays). Our location is HERE (opens in a new window).

Important notes regarding the Courier Service:
Unless an alternative service is requested, the delivery service to UK Mainland destinations is usually on a 'Next Working Day' service.
If we have an e-mail address/mobile number the delivery time will be e-mailed/texted from the courier's website. (Please note we have no control over this service which is offered by the courier at no extra charge).
Some destinations in the north of Scotland may take an extra day.
Unless a 'Saturday Service' is requested, Friday shipments are delivered on Monday.
Non UK Mainland service will usually be by Royal Mail using their Parcelforce 48 service.
Smaller orders will usually be sent by Royal Mail using their postal service. This is usually by 1st class.
Any instructions to leave/redirect the shipment are made at the customer's discretion and this may be done through the courier's website or in reply to the courier's email/text delivery notifications.
